Apparently for the first time in fifty six years and fourteen
presidents, President Obama chose not to attend the official
Salute to Heroes Inaugural Ball. Half of the surviving Medal of Honor
recipients were there, but I guess Beyonce, P. Diddy and Queen Latifah
were less boring than those crusty old "heroes," so Obama went to the
"Neighborhood Ball" instead.
